1.
Act as domain expert in business, Infra project manager who focusing on client relationship management, is responsible for building and establishing positive relationship between Tencent overseas Infra and its internal/external business clients.
2.
In-depth understanding of Tencent internal/external business clients, continuous communication of clients’s infra needs, able to collect & identify business clients’ pain points, problems and potential demands, then transform them to infra-language requirements, ensure the orderly management of Infra requirements.
3.
Infra Solution adoption: promote existing infra solutions to business based on need/value.
Represents service feedback from the business to infra.
4.
As a member of Tencent oversea Infra team, organize business demands review and infra requirement review meeting, write high quality business requirements review reports and other infra requirements documents.
5.
Work with project sponsors to identify project scope, define success criteria, build and manage project budget, and outline resource requirements.
6.
Break down plans into digestible parts and lead team throughout the lifecycle of the demand including go-live support.
7.
Effectively communicate with relevant, x-functional stakeholders (business and infra in both HQ and Overseas) regularly to manage expectations and to provide product and project updates on scope, budget, velocity and key performance metrics.
8.
Identify and manage risks, issues, action items and decisions.
9.
Foster relationships and collaborate with cross functional teams and different organisation levels including but not limited to business stakeholders, design teams & engineering teams
Requirements:
1.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
MS/MBA preferred.
PMP certificated perferred.
2.
5+ years of leading and delivering big project delivery.
3.
Candidate can operate across business and infra team, confident enough to ask questions of both infra and business experts.
4.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
Good at handle complicate issue between several departments.
5.
Good logical thinking ability, strong data analysis ability, strong insight and judgment on business infra needs.
6.
Experienced in famous global game or IT company is a plus.
7.
Industry related experience in Teleco, IDC, Cloud/CDN Infrastructure, and on-premise data center.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $105,000 to $211,200 per year.
Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
