Project Manager Coordinator

This position requires a minimum of three years of experience in the HVAC or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication are a must.
Duties include but are not limited: Following up with contractors and clients Ensuring all job files are complete Ensuring all timelines are met Reviewing contracts Visiting clients as needed Ordering equipment and ensuring delivery to appropriate locations at the appropriate times Essentially this candidate is responsible for facilitating a project from start to finish.
Compensation is dependent on experience.
