We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at our Palo Alto location with the potential to become the acting store manager.
Essential Functions: Assist with planning, directing, managing, and coordinating sales, service, foods, employees, and operational functions as directed by the higher-level Manager.
This position is responsible to work with a Direct Supervisor and the headquarters for directing and coordinating activities of the organization to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits.

Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
Ability to understand and follow rules.
Ability to understand and control food safety, expiration, prep amount, and loss amount.
Ability to control labor hours and costs.
Ability to complete administrative duties.
Strong time management skills: the ability to multi-task, and prioritize/organize job duties and responsibilities.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand/walk for approximately 8-10 hours per day
Available approximately 45 hours per week; able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively, including weekends and closing shifts as needed
Leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proven track record of exceptional customer service

Pay: From $65,000 to $70,000 per year
