Acme Children's Center is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Director who is passionate about making a difference in bilingual childcare.

*What You'll Do:*
* *Lead the Way:* Be a role model and create a friendly and supportive place for our team.
You'll help make our operations smooth and effective.
* *Run the Day-to-Day:* Keep our Center running well, focusing on planning, communication, collaboration, and getting things done.
Make sure our Center is a safe place for 2 to 5-year-olds by following all safety and health rules.
* *Build Our Team:* Guide, organize, and support our talented team of ECE qualified educators and staff, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their educational prowess.
* *Improve Our Program:* Elevate our early childhood and transitional kindergarten programs.
Ensure our teaching quality to meet and exceed what parents and kids expect.
* *Engage Parents:* Keep in touch with parents through newsletters, conferences, and events.
Work collaboratively to address any concerns with understanding and promptness.
* *Follow the Regulations:* Ensure we meet all California childcare licensing requirements by maintaining all proper records and procedures.
* *Help Us Grow:* Collaborate with the Director on marketing initiatives, handling inquiries, conducting open houses and school tours, managing enrollments and other activities to attract new kids.
*Who Should Apply:*
* You have at least two years of professional teaching experience with toddler to preschool children.
* You have at least a year of management and supervisory experience in childcare centers.
* You have a college degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with at least 15 ECE semester units including administration and infant/toddler courses.
* You have a solid grasp of California childcare licensing requirements.
* You're excited about making childcare better and interested in taking on management and business tasks.
* You have good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
* You're a multitasking pro with exceptional time management skills.
* You're proficient in using computers for writing emails, documents, spreadsheet, and presentations.
* You have, or are willing to obtain, CPR and/or First Aid certification.
