We are dedicated to advancing skills development in the field and are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the LAD University and Government Project Manager.
In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering collaborations with universities, 4-yr colleges, vocational schools, and government agencies in LAD to drive forward the training and development of skills in cloud technologies and business applications.
Job Description: As the SDI Project Manager - LAD, your main responsibility will be to establish and manage partnerships and relationships with universities and government entities across South America.
Your primary objective is to promote and facilitate skills development training programs that meet the region's evolving digital transformation needs in cloud technologies and business applications.
Key Responsibilities: University and Government Engagement: Develop and maintain strong connections with universities, colleges, and government agencies in South America.
Collaborate with academic institutions and government bodies to understand and address skill gaps and training requirements.
Program Development: Work closely with academic partners to create and shape curriculum and training programs that align with industry demands.
Identify potential funding sources and grants to support skills development initiatives.
Partnership Management: Negotiate and establish partnerships, Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and collaborative agreements with universities and government agencies.
Ensure that these partnerships are mutually beneficial and consistent with the company's objectives.
Advocacy and Promotion: Advocate for the company within the education and government sectors, emphasizing the value of our skills development programs.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with key stakeholders.
Reporting and Evaluation: Develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of skills development programs.
Regularly report on the progress of university and government partnerships to senior management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in relationship management, partnership development, or related roles.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and business applications is a strong advantage.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Knowledge of the LAD education system and government structures is beneficial.
