The Team and the Position: Reporting to the Director of Revenue FP&A, the Senior Manager will support world-class revenue forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis.
The FP&A team works closely with the CFO and senior executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company’s strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities: Manage the monthly / quarterly close and forecast cadence for subscription revenue.
Prepare and review monthly / quarterly management reports - analyzing financial results, distilling / synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior management.
Provide support to head of IR in preparation for quarterly earnings.
Participate in strategic data analysis and research and modeling for senior company leadership.
Partner with peers in accounting and FP&A to streamline operational processes.
Lead automation projects, leveraging technologies such as Anaplan, Tableau, etc.
to reduce reliance on Power Point and Excel.
Provide oversight, coaching and mentorship to SFA.
Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests as needed.

If you are hired in Belmont, the compensation range for this position is between $113,000 and $161,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
