Key responsibilities include:
Lead the Sales Commissions’ function, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify system, data, or process needs to execute on compensation plans and payment.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and Business Applications teams to establish and ensure standards for commissions' system data quality (load, data hygiene, data integration)
Lead the Commissions' team to manage the end-to-end sales compensation process, from the distribution of quota letters to processing commissions’ payments and driving Sales performance
Own the financial model(s) to determine actual and forecasted attainment and compensation expense for all commissionable employees.
Identify, recommend, and lead process, systems, and reporting improvements to increase efficiency.
Streamline the commissions’ process and improve the commissions' system, Xactly Incent.
Analyze and review annual quota plan and structure, providing valuable analyses and insight to our leadership and Sales Operations team for consideration.
Ensure timely distribution and acceptance of quota plan letters
Prepare quarterly sales performance analytics and reporting to assess effectiveness of current incentive plans and Sales teams.
Provide actionable insight for leadership’s consideration.
Manage questions and concerns on a timely basis from the Sales community as it relates to the Quota and Commissions' processes.
Drive results and help attract and retain key talent
Provide support to auditors for SOX commission process and testing
Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes

Qualifications
10 years of experience in sales compensation / commission administration
Proficiency using a sales compensation management system, preferably Xactly
Experience in supporting a global sales team at a public SaaS company
Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree required.
Masters degree would be an added advantage.

Annual Salary Guidelines: $180,000 - $200,000
