Job Description Position Overview The Global Product Organization at Visa is responsible for shaping the company's comprehensive product strategy and ensuring smooth product delivery to markets.

The Product Delivery team, specifically for Digital Partnerships, is accountable for successful commercial launches in close collaboration with our Product teams and Visa’s strategic partners.
We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager with 8 - 10 years of experience to support strategic and exciting innovative projects with our Strategic Partners.

Responsibilities How you will make an impact You will work with Visa Digital Partnerships and Product teams to execute and deliver projects through completion for Visa’s key partners.
You will play a central role providing structure throughout the full lifecycle.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.
g.
Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications 8 to10 years of experience in a fast-paced environment navigating ambiguity successfully, most likely in product, product development, or large complex projects in a matrix organization Self-motivated and highly driven and have get-things-done DNA; have an Agile mindset.
