About The Role:
Leads all aspects of a large Class A Office portfolio with a single high profile client.
This person can sit out of any of the offices on the peninsula from San Francisco to Sunnyvale.
More information below! What You'll Do: Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly.
Ensure that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
Ensure periodic regular property inspection, recommend alterations, maintenance and reconditioning.
At owner's discretion, market and lease the property, qualifying and showing space to prospective tenants, and coordinating new leases and lease renewals.
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and walk-through spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department.
Act as the primary contact with property owners to ensure that objectives are being met.
Develop annual budgets for operating and capital expenditures, forecast management plans, and prepare monthly performance reports.
Collect rent and pay any expenses in accordance with lease terms and recommend legal action as needed, and review and reconcile tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance recovery charges.
Negotiate early terminations of leases and provide lease analysis for client's review and approval.
Document settlement of and notifies affected parties.
Support all property sales by coordinating due diligence process and partnering with outside brokers.
Develop business relationships through membership and participation in professional, industry/trade and civic organizations.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and friendly service to customers.
Ability to efficiently present information and ability to respond effectively to any issues.
We require advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Ability to calculate mathematical figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
Conducts complex financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents, ability to tackle problems involving several options in situations, and requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

The minimum salary for the Senior Real Estate Manager position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Real Estate Manager position is $150,000 annually.
