CAM Educational Services is an innovative, educational Start-Up, and of the most prestigious after-school tutoring and Children's Tech programs in the northern Peninsula area.
We are a young educational start-up that serves professional and high-level executives' families, and we are also in partnership with school districts in San Mateo, Burlingame, San Bruno, South San Francisco, Hillsborough, and Millbrae areas to provide enrichment programs for underprivileged families.
We serve students ranging from K- to 8th Grader.
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our educational programs and services.
The Executive Director will play a crucial role in shaping the educational direction of our organization, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of excellence.
*The Executive Director *is responsible for the efficient operations and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions in accordance with educational policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations.
They will evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance and supervise staff in accordance with company policies and objectives.
The Executive Director is also responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy; achieving and maintaining budgetary compliance; professionally representing the organization to the community and the Corporation, and ensuring a supportive environment.
*Responsibilities*:
* Provide strategic leadership and direction for all educational programs and services
* Develop and implement innovative educational initiatives to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Foster a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement among staff
* Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, and stakeholders
* Oversee budgeting and financial management for educational programs, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and services, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement
* Stay abreast of trends, research, and best practices in education, incorporating them into program development and implementation
* Represent the organization in educational forums, conferences, and events
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
* Proven experience in educational leadership, with a minimum of five (5) years in a senior leadership role
* Strong understanding of educational pedagogy, curriculum development, and instructional design
* Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and evaluation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
* Strategic thinker with the ability to envision and execute innovative educational initiatives
* Experience in budget management and financial planning
* Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education
* Passion for educational equity and a commitment to serving diverse student populations.
* Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests

* $85k-$100k base pay, plus attractive performance base bonus and special commission on project up to 60k
