What to Expect
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to accelerate our vehicle-level testing.
The ADAS Project Manager is an integral part of the test team and will be responsible for the coordination of various programs, oversight and tracking of multiple project milestones and execution goals.
This full-time role may require traveling (up to 20%) to various domestic and international destinations as necessary to support business objectives.
What You’ll Do
· Work collaboratively with vehicle programs, software engineering, other engineering teams and leadership to develop internal milestones, track project progress, and drive them to resolution.
· Identify and allocate necessary resources to meet project needs.
· Proactively escalate potential risks and apply first principles thinking to drive resolution.
· Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and optimize ADAS development methodologies.
Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring
· 2+ years of project management experience in R&D, asset management or equivalent area.
· Experience with complex data analysis, visualization and presentation for data driven decisions
· Experience with Python, Tableau, and version control systems (Git) preferred
· Excellent leadership and communication abilities to effectively lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
· Proficiency in project management tools, software development lifecycle, and quality assurance processes.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
