The Sr.
Program Manager, Analytics will be critical to decision making and long-term strategy for Tesla’s Workplace organization.
By conducting research, analyzing data, identifying key trends, and preparing reports to inform data-based decisions this individual will drive improvements across our facility-based programs and operations departments.

What You’ll Do
Be a thought partner with stakeholders in Workplace Operations & Programs to surface actionable insights and recommendations
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leverage data to drive business solutions
Leverage predictive modeling to increase and optimize the employee experience, drive programmatic efficiencies, inform strategic decision making, etc.
Analyze data from a variety of sources to improve the effectiveness of Tesla’s Workplace Operations and Program offerings
Identify, build and analyze key metrics and patterns to measure the performance of existing systems, vendors, and internal procedures
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis to uncover performance gaps
Contributing to Workplace initiatives to offer ideas and facilitate the establishment and measurement of KPIs
Communicate insights using data visualization and presentations to a range of stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
5+ years in an analytical or data science and problem-solving role
Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on data analysis and strategic decision making
Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.
) to manipulate and surface insights from large data sets
Knowledge of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.
) and their real-world pros and cons
Advanced Excel/google sheets skills including pivots, vlookups or index/match, and ability to build complex and clearly structured models
Strong attention to detail and willingness to see a project through to the end
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced business environment
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to succinctly communicate results and tell compelling stories with data
Familiarity with web analytics and tracking platforms
