The Business Process Manager will primarily be responsible for designing business processes related to quote to invoice, including but not limited to order management, bookings, purchasing, returns, RMA, product usage, licensing, installed base management.
We are seeking someone who has an aptitude for working with cross functional teams to drive accurate and efficient results, possesses attention to detail, has the skills and the passion for designing processes that can scale for a growing organization.

conduct gap analysis, identify key opportunities, prioritize the changes based on impact, test process model changes, build process assets e.

, process diagrams, value stream maps, business flow and requirements document flow charts Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with effective stakeholder engagement and deliver short-term/long-term roadmaps to support evolving business needs Suggest new methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness of personas across process areas Act as a program manager to drive Product Ops and cross-functional programs Partner with IT to automate business processes Develop and document end-to-end processes and process-related artifacts such as business requirements document, flow charts, value stream maps, etc.
Provide training as needed to support end users through business process or system changes Change Management and roll out of new processes and/or changes to the current Who you are: Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a rapidly evolving work environment Self-Driven and thrives under limited to moderate supervision to analyze and solve complex operational, systems-related issues Driven by and believes in productivity improvements, business process efficiencies and process flow documentation Able to see the big picture and work with a team to prioritize requests, ensuring delivery alignment without compromising goals Adept in critical thinking and understanding of business process, technology, systems, and tools Technical enough to be comfortable asking questions to dig into technical issues, quickly gather and synthesize information, devise a plan, get buy-in, and move towards resolution Experience you'll need: 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing business processes and solutions BA/BS with emphasis in a related field (business, communications, operations, supply chain management, information systems Experience designing end-to-end processes that scale, particularly with respect to order management and installed base management Extensive knowledge of business applications to support quote-to-invoice processes - CRM and ERP tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Service Cloud Comfortable with SaaS productivity tools such as GSuite, JIRA, SmartSheet, LucidChart, Slack, etc.
