The role of the Marketing Lead is core to this mission as we drive awareness and adoption of Tesla’s charging services worldwide and make charging a seamless experience.
This role is responsible for growing awareness of our charging services and products through our digital channels including web, email, search, content, and social.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, action-oriented, possess a strong ownership mentality, excel in problem-solving, demonstrate creativity, and have superior verbal and written communication skills.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and approve charging-related marketing materials to ensure alignment with Tesla's brand and mission
Understand where our products fit in the market, position our products, and craft messaging to best appeal to potential customers, and collaborate with Design and Content teams to create a roadmap for engaging content across various channels
Actively promote the Supercharger network, new products, or features, announce milestones, and engage with drivers through @TeslaCharging or features, announce milestones, and engage with drivers through @TeslaCharging
Lead end-to-end ideation, execution, and analysis of digital growth programs that drive awareness and orders for new business initiatives
Plan and execute communications for new product launches, including Support page articles, in-app messages, or website content updates
Drive messaging and execution of white papers that highlight the needs and advancements in the Charging industry papers that highlight the needs and advancements in the Charging industry
Provide updates to the leadership team on performance, and new initiatives the leadership team on performance, and new initiatives monthly
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of hands-on marketing and content experience
Proven track record of owning and leading marketing campaigns resulting in tangible business outcomes
Exceptional written communication skills with examples to support examples to support
Demonstrated curiosity in learning product technicalities in depth and translating them into simple terms for customers
