Billing Manager

*The Opportunity * Guided by both Practice Group and Client Accounting Department objectives and priorities, provides IP billing services through tactical and strategic management of IP Billing team(s) and own individual contribution.
Directly supervises, coaches and counsels designated team of IP Billing Specialists.
Manages, in coordination with CAMs, the billing arrangements, account, and inventory management for assigned client portfolios.
Develops strong collaborative relationships with attorneys throughout full cycle of client invoicing, and team delivers optimum services.
Develops and implements strategies to achieve the Firm’s billing goals.
Ensures client services and satisfaction are attained in all areas of position.
*Education and Experience* * Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Minimum five years dedicated patent/trademark specialized billing or account management experience required.
* Hands-on experience performing complex accounting analysis.
* Law Firm or professional services background with international exposure preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $110,000.
00 - $148,000.
