Summary Cognitive Medical Systems is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team.
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our mission of revolutionizing healthcare through innovative technology solutions.
You will partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, build a strong pipeline of candidates, facilitate interviews, and communicate decisions to candidates.

Position Overview: As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with our company's mission and values.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for technology roles and will be adept at building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of innovative techniques, including social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical positions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for Government Contracting roles.
Strong understanding of the technology industry, its job roles, and the skills required for success in various technology domains.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talent, particularly in highly competitive markets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment and a commitment to fostering an inclusive hiring process.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
