We are looking for an Office Manager who is responsible for assisting the team with administrative tasks, managing the office, managing the renovation of our newly added office space and of course the day-to-day ad hoc requests.
What you will be doing
Oversee the visitor experience: greet guests, vendors, and deliveries.
Keep the kitchen and common areas organized and fully stocked with supplies on a daily basis.
Manage the budget for office expenses, events, and other categories.
Be the cultural ambassador to guests, visitors, and employees.
Own our Swag game: work with internal members and external vendors to design t-shirts, giveaways, internal items, promotional items, and more.
Arrange monthly fun social events, quarterly team-building outings, annual company trips.
Organize parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and other impromptu activities.
Work with a variety of 3rd party vendors.
Monitor and maintain various office equipment and supply inventories.
Pitch in to help with other daily tasks and team requests.
Keep a pulse on the team to support whenever necessary.
Learn new technology and test software as needed.
Promptly respond to requests with accuracy and a courteous demeanor.
Keep our main work office organized.
Stay on top of mail and deliveries.
What you bring to the table
AA degree or higher with 2 years experience.
2+ years of recent experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Administrative Business Partner.
A self-starter and problem-solver with a sense of urgency.
Must learn quickly with little to no supervision.
Work hours: M-F, ~9-5pm; on rare occasion weekends to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to plan, organize, and multitask with minimal supervision.
Strong written correspondence and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain respectful relations to all the interfaces made on behalf of the employer.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software applications, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends (including AI and automation tools).
Nice to have
Previous work experience in tech or at a tech startup.
Knowledge of computer vision and software as a service.
Advanced technical skills and/or ability to learn new tech and software quickly
