This role is responsible for leading the development and success of software products or features.
The role formulates strategies and meticulous software plans for organization's platforms and technologies.
The role recruits, motivates, mentors, coaches, develops, and retains a high-performing team of product managers and product marketers.
Responsibilities
• Plays a leadership role and drives the progress of the product management function.
• Leads cross-functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitors competitive market to determine client needs for certain product improvements.
• Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
• Recommends product requirements and definitions to align with stakeholder's needs.
• Collaborates with the software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.
• Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Tracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing collateral.
• Demonstrates process improvement and project management experience, preferably with the implementation of large projects.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.

50 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity.
