Ashvattha Therapeutics Inc is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing products for the unmet medical needs utilizing a novel nanomedicine technology exclusively licensed from Johns Hopkins University.

We have product candidates in neurology, ophthalmology, and inflammation indications.
The Position
The AD/ Director of Clinical Program Management has deep familiarity with every stage of clinical trial conduct (start-up to close-out) as well as development/ QC of Clinical Trial Documentation (protocols, IBs, ICFs, CSRs).
Successful candidates must also communicate effectively both verbally and in-writing, a track record of effective management proficiency (employee development and performance management) and familiarity with fiscal management of clinical trials (budgeting, accruals, forecasting).
Day to day leadership of programs within the CNS therapeutic area.
Leadership of, or participation in program-level governances which may include project teams, clinical sub-teams, and trial execution teams.
Contributes to, or guides others in contributing to, clinical trial documentation including protocols, IBs, ICFs, and study manuals.
Partners with other team members to support clinical data management efforts including CRFs, edit check specifications, SAPs and CSRs.
Partners with project management to execute to goals; drives patient recruitment and delivery of clean data in accordance with plans; selects and manages 3rd party vendors; contributes enthusiastically to infrastructure initiatives, i.

SOPs, workflows, electronic systems and other processes as needed to ensure reliable and consistent department performance; demonstrates high level of management proficiency by attracting, developing/ coaching, guiding and effectively managing staff, both via explicit authority (direct reports) and implicit (external teams, colleagues, and field personnel reporting to other line managers).
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science (B.
S.
) degree in a related disciple required.
This successful candidate is expected to have a minimum of 9 years of leadership experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Specific therapeutic area knowledge in neuroinflammatory diseases (MS, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's Disease) or systemic inflammatory disorders (RA, Lupus, IPF is strongly preferred.
ophthalmic diseases (retina such as AMD, Diabetic ME, etc.
) also strongly preferred.
Must include deep experience in drug development of therapeutics.
Candidates are expected to work on site, at our Redwood City offices, a minimum of 2 days per week.

The base salary for an Associate Director, CPM is $175,000 - $201,000.
The base salary for the Director, CPM is $208,000 - $220,000.
Job level and compensation will be based on candidate's experience, skills and knowledge.
