**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Curriculum Development:** Craft an engaging and educational summer curriculum that aligns with our camp's mission and values.
- **Field Trip Coordination:** Identify, organize, and set up exciting field trip locations that complement our curriculum and provide memorable experiences for our campers.
- **Program Leadership:** Oversee the daily operations of the camp program, ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- **Team Management:** Lead and inspire a team of counselors and staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth.
- **Quality Assurance:** Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all aspects of the camp experience.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in leading summer camps or similar programs.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
- Ability to design and implement creative and educational activities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and needs.
- Relevant certifications in childcare, education, or related fields are a plus.
-CPR certified.
