The Job: Our Maintenance Managers oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations.
Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient.
Specific responsibilities include:
Performing general maintenance of HVAC
Directing and supervising maintenance staff
Purchasing materials
Budgeting
Customer service
Promotes quality living for all residents.
Direct and supervises daily activities of the maintenance team, such as planning and preparing work schedules, delegating work, and monitoring workflow.
Train and coach maintenance technicians.
Good attendance is a must.
The Details: Our Maintenance Managers should have:
High School diploma or equivalent
EPA (Type II) and/or HVAC, CPO Certifications(pool) required
Basic tools of the trade
Occasional on-call maintenance
Team player with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
Asbestos certification preferred
2 years of supervisory experience
Additional Details: Must have experience in furnace repair, appliance repair, painting, snow removal, understanding of budgets.
Yardi Experience preferred
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30a.
m - 4:30 pm
