*When you join our team as a Site Director, you will:*
* When you join our team as a Site Director:
* Lead, Supervise, and Inspire teachers to build unique and engaging classroom experiences
* Plan daily program schedule and activities based on the curriculum provided
* Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our camps by hosting hiring and enrollment events
* Maintain high level of health and safety for all staff and families
* Build positive relationships with families, teachers, school community partners
*Must Meet CA State Licensing Requirements for the Role:*
* 15 ECE units, 3 in Admin, 4 yrs experience OR AA/BA in ECE + Admin + 1yr exp
*Job Types: *Full-time
*Hourly Pay Range:* $27-$28
*Expected hours:* 30-35 per week
