SCHEDULE
Operating Monday to Thursday from 4 pm to 9 pm, Friday and Saturday from 12 pm to 10 pm, and Sunday from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm, this role involves a minimum of 50 hours per week within these dynamic operating hours.

As a Restaurant Manager, you are the driving force behind upholding our company's mission and values, ensuring top-notch customer service delivery.
From achieving income targets to managing renewals and maximizing new business opportunities, your leadership sets the tone.
You act as a mentor, overseeing administrative tasks, monitoring daily stats, and driving staff performance through training and coaching.
You lead by example in sales and processes and showcase in-depth product knowledge.
Your proactive and innovative approach enhances branch performance as you build strong relationships with insurers and customers.
Overall branch management, including strategic decision-making to maximize productivity and efficiency, makes this a busy yet rewarding role!
IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY?
2+ years of previous experience as a restaurant manager
Experience working in a Filipino restaurant is a plus
Experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base
Experience creating a highly motivated and focused team
Experience in financial services
Excellent analytical and communication skills, great attention to detail, and exceptional business acumen
An understanding of all things financial including pricing, expense management, risk analysis, property valuation, cash flow analysis, etc.
Ability to manage change, make effective decisions, and establish/complete goals
