Hundreds of *Registered Nurse (RN)* shifts are available across multiple locations in *California*.
*Responsibilities:*
* Plan and implement nursing care.
This includes administration of medication, therapeutic agents, treatments, disease prevention, physicians’ orders, as well as obtaining specimens for diagnostic testing.
* Participate as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team in developing multi-disciplinary treatment efforts; complete assigned weekly summaries; formulate care plans, assist physicians with rounds; note and institute physician orders.
* Provide observation, ongoing patient assessments, and therapeutic intervention consistent with the patient's physical and psychological status; evaluate the effectiveness of patient treatment regimens; and record progress.
* Document all nursing activities in medical records, including an initial nursing assessment, treatment interventions, and patient education.
* Ensure that staff utilizes optimum standards of resident care and that staff members observe safety and Infection Control Precautions and regulations at all times;
*Documents required*
* Must be *actively licensed in the state in California *as a Registered Nurse
* *CPR *or *BLS *Certification,
* *Physical Test* and a *TB Test *(taken within one year)
* Driver's License or State ID
* 6 months experience working as a RN
* *COVID Vaccination *and *Booster Shot*
