com/careers/employee-benefits What you bring to SBHG (qualifications): High school diploma or equivalent (e.
g.
GED, HiSET, etc.
) required Six (6) months housekeeping experience in a hospital, hotel/motel or similar work environment.
Valid California Driver's License.
How you will make a difference (job overview): The Household Coach has primary responsibility for coaching participants with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Assists with meal delivery, snack preparation, and meal clean-up.
Ensures that all safety regulations are followed, and the facilities are maintained in a safe and clean manner.
Assists with client laundry, household cleaning and other tasks as needed.
This position performs a variety of tasks to ensure that the facility is in a clean, orderly, sanitary and attractive condition.
Division/Program Overview: MHRC is a 16 bed, inpatient program that provides intensive support and rehabilitative services.
The individuals served are 18-64 years old with mental health struggles that have necessitated placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health facility.
Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services are provided by a multidisciplinary team.
