- *Positions: *Senior Behavioral Therapist (Career Growth to Program Manager)
- *Location:* San Francisco and East Bay areas.
- *Languages: Spanish, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin *is highly desirable and will be considered a bonus.
Additionally, candidates proficient in these languages will receive *additional compensation.

*Responsibilities: Senior Behavioral Therapist: *
* Input of lesson note changes/updates as approved by management
* Double-check on the maintenance of program components
* Reviewing target's progress, providing insight to PM/CD
* Displayed proficiency with ALL aspects of the Behavioral Therapist position, both directly and via telehealth
* Provide treatment updates to the team from management during sessions and ensure correct implementation
* Serve as an advocate in various contexts (ex.
convey concerns of therapists to management team providing insights on observed lesson issues)
* Create materials for the team as needed – initial tools for creating material will be provided including items such as laminators, laminating sheets, paper, printer, etc.
* Inform, Model, and Guide therapists to correctly implement lessons within various interventions via additional trainings, outside of sessions on the following topics.
* Data collection
* **Provide 1:1 therapy in homes, schools, or natural settings.
* Support, train, and mentor entry-level therapists.
*Qualifications: Senior Behavioral Therapist*
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Familiarity with ABA methods.
- Minimum 1-year experience working with children with Autism.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy.
*Career Path: Program Manager*
As you demonstrate excellence in your role as a Senior Behavioral Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to progress to a Program Manager.
Our Program Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring effective intervention, staff development, and ethical practice.
*Qualifications: Program Manager (Upon Promotion)*
- Master's degree or enrolled in a Master's program.
- ABA fundamentals training.
- Experience with special needs children.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework.
- Familiarity with ABA tools and principles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
*SBT/Program Manager Starting Pay: *$27-$31 per hour, with benefits.

- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Negative TB test results.
- FBI & DOJ fingerprint clearance.
- Daily access to a computer and internet.
- Mobile phone with an ongoing service plan.
- Master's degree or enrollment in a Master's program.
