*Responsibilities: Senior Behavioral Therapist*
- Provide 1:1 therapy in homes, schools, or natural settings.
- Teach adaptive skills and manage challenging behaviors.
- Utilize ABA principles and maintain detailed progress data.
- Collaborate with Program Manager/Clinical Director.
- Maintain required paperwork and teaching materials.
- Support, train, and mentor entry-level therapists.
*Qualifications: Senior Behavioral Therapist*
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Familiarity with ABA methods.
- Minimum 1-year experience working with children with Autism.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy.
*Career Path: Program Manager*
As you demonstrate excellence in your role as a Senior Behavioral Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to progress to a Program Manager.
Our Program Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring effective intervention, staff development, and ethical practice.
*Qualifications: Program Manager (Upon Promotion)*
- Master's degree or enrolled in a Master's program.
- ABA fundamentals training.
- Experience with special needs children.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework.
- Familiarity with ABA tools and principles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
*SBT/Program Manager Pay: *$28-$38 per hour, with benefits.
