Therapists of Color Therapy & Counseling is seeking a skilled, self-motivated, associate therapist to provide outpatient therapy services to individuals and couples seeking mental health support.
Work with a diverse range of clients and provide virtual therapy services in a workplace that values diversity and wellness for its staff as much as for our client’s.
*Responsibilities:*
* Maintain Minimum Caseload of 12 clients.
* Conduct assessments and create treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals.
* Provide individual and couples family therapy services to clients.
* Utilize a culturally responsive approach in therapy services and work to create a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
* Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed for client care.
* Attend monthly virtual supervision and quarterly in-person team meetings.
* Attend weekly virtual individual and group clinical supervision.
*Requirements:*
* Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
* Active registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) in the state of California.
* Minimum 1,500 accumulated hours or experience.
* Knowledge, experience, and passion for working with diverse communities, including people of color.
* Experience providing virtual therapy services via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
* Ability to work independently.
* Openness and desire for clinical growth and learning.
* Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
*Compensation:* $50 for clinical services and $17 for administrative work.

* Remote or Hybrid Workplace: Provide solely telehealth sessions with some in-person staff meetings.
