Job Description We are looking for a proactive thought leader with strong financial acumen that will support and improve deal development activities at Visa.
This role is part of the Global Client Incentives team and will collaborate closely with regional and global deal teams to develop and enhance issuing deal models and evaluation methodologies and build analytical tools for decision support.
The individual will also create reports and perform ad hoc analysis that provide insights leading to better deal outcomes.
You will have the opportunity to be a subject matter expert on deal-related matters that advises deal teams and executives on deal modeling and economics, incentive structures, KPIs, and policy and governance, among others.
The ideal candidate brings significant hands-on experience with investment, valuation, and/or transactional decision analytics, and has advanced skills for Excel modeling and using business intelligence tools.
The ideal background includes finance and business roles, with some exposure to the payments and/or banking industries (a plus but not required).
Additionally, the ideal candidate exudes executive presence, has strong communications skills, is team oriented, and excited about owning analytical models and methodologies that support senior management in critical business decisions.
Essential Functions: Deal Evaluation & Analysis Advise and partner with deal teams on developing client deal analysis and business case materials Identify opportunities for data analysis that enhance Visa’s deal decision capabilities Perform ad hoc analysis to find insights that support future deal structuring Deal Modeling Lead initiatives to improve deal model functionality through collaboration with and feedback from global and regional teams Develop, maintain, and enhance issuing and Debit Processing Service (DPS) deal models, and other analytical tools with the goal of upgrading decision capabilities Deal Methodology, Procedures and Reporting Oversee reporting and identify insights that improve deal development and decisions Be a thought leader and collaborate with stakeholders to build on existing methodologies Manage and improve procedures with the goal of optimizing control and efficiency Implement client incentive issuing deal methodologies and procedures Facilitate executive deal review sessions and drive efficient decision-making This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
