We are looking for a Medical Assistant/ Front Office Coordinator with excellent customer service skills to join our aesthetic team.
CA residents preferred.
The right candidate will be:
* Assisting our Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant and Registered Nurse in a full range of treatments and cosmetic procedures tailored to meet the client's needs
* Educate clients about our services, as well as pre and post-care for treatments offered
* Provide topical numbing for clients before selected procedures
* Suggest and promote retail products and additional services to complement chosen treatments by client.
* Clean and maintain equipment and inventory for products and supplies.
* Passionate about the work and is a team player.
* Want to always give 100%.
* Has medical office (plastics or dermatology) or Medspa back office experience (preferred).
* Always striving to deliver best customer care possible, have fun and make patients happy at the same time.
* Be detail oriented.
* Certified Medical Assistants (preferred).
* Possesses strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
* Has a professional appearance, is punctual, and reliable.
* Two (2) years’ experience in an outpatient setting as a Medical Assistant in both front and back office beneficial.
* High School diploma or equivalent, AS degree preferred.

Daily Tasks include (but not limited to):
* Answering phones and scheduling appointments
* Rooming patients and documenting medical histories
* Taking pre-treatment photos
* Getting patients ready for their procedures- numbing, skincare and post-treatment care education
* Assisting providers with a variety of procedures
* Maintain accurate inventory of medical and office supplies
* Prepare and clean exam rooms and medical equipment in between each patient and at the end of the day
* Educating clients about appropriate care before and after services offered by our clinic
* Recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Starting at $31 per hour (depending on experience)
