About the Job
As a HubSpot CRM Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing our HubSpot CRM system to ensure it aligns with business goals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement system changes, and provide ongoing support.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to HubSpot CRM
Configure and customize HubSpot CRM to align with sales, service and marketing strategies
Implement and optimize automation workflows to streamline processes
Analyze and assess existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
Design and develop reports and dashboards to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights
Support integrations between HubSpot CRM and other enterprise systems (e.
g.
, ERP
Provide training and support to end-users on HubSpot CRM functionality
Manage data quality and integrity within the HubSpot platform
Own website interface with Hubspot (e.
g.
, landing pages, forms, inbox, tracking)
Stay updated on HubSpot features and best practices to recommend continuous
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience working with CRM
3+ years of expertise with HubSpot or SalesForce
Experience in designing and communicating complex lead nurturing and sales funnel and customer support processes
Experience in system integrations and data migration within CRM
Experience with flowchart and data visualization.
Bonus Qualifications
HubSpot certifications are a plus
Experience in scaling start-up operations to commercialization and high growth
Experience with CPQ tools is a plus.
