Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change in a dynamic environment.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital workplace and corporate application (shared services: finance, HR, legal, compliance, procurement) tools, collaboration platforms, communication technologies, and emerging trends.

Innovation: A track record of introducing innovative ideas and leveraging best practices to drive digital workplace evolution.
