*What We Offer* * Competitive pay (paid weekly) * Saturdays and Sundays AM/PM Shift * Benefits * 24/7 phone support * Discounted Perks - (Via ADP) *Job classification:* * Part-time, per diem, weekend schedule * Available Schedule: AM and PM shift *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Administer medication to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
* Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medication and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records for all residents.
* Assist with medication management, including ordering, storing, and disposing of medications as needed.
* Provide support to residents with activities of daily living, as necessary.
* Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the holistic care of residents.
* Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
* Participate in training and educational opportunities to stay current on medication administration practices and senior care standards.
*Qualifications:* * Completion of a certified medication technician program * Current certification as a Medication Technician in the state of California.
* Previous experience working in a senior living facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.
