Home Health Aide (HHA) PRN - San Mateo County

Responsibilities: - Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist clients with mobility and transfers - Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary - Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Experience: - Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures is a plus - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
