IHSS (in-home care service) service needed (palo alto)

My 82 year old father-in-law is under cancer treatment.
He needs in home care service on following tasks: * Cooking (just some basic nutritious meal such as porridge for patient, and I can provide simple recipes that's easy to operate) * Laundry * Changing bed * Cleaning / Vacuuming * Grocery * Walking Mandarin speaking is preferred but not required.
Hours flexible, can be 8-24 hours per week.
Previous experience serving as a provider within the insurance network such as Medi-Cal's or IHSS's is preferred but not required.
