Exciting opportunity to work with an incredible high-growth properties team managing the day to day of the main home on the San Francisco Peninsula while providing personal and organizational support to the Principal.
You will oversee outsourced staff in the homes–while also pitching in–in order to help provide a high-level concierge experience for the family and guests.
Responsibilities include managing the outsourced housekeeping staff while performing detailed housekeeping and organizing, keeping the properties “owner ready,” upkeeping processes & systems (creating house manuals, etc.
), and coordinating service standards.
The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in housekeeping and hands-on tasks, demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
Having a background in housekeeping, household organization and maintenance are pluses.
Work schedule/balance: The goal is to build a program to ensure employee sustainability, which means having schedules to ensure service coverage, and also adequate time off.
Compensation: Highly competitive DOE + full benefits, including generous PTO and 401k plan.
