1976 Morgan "T" 32 foot electric priced to sell! - $5,200 (redwood city)

I love this boat but don't use it due to relocation and injuries (unrelated to sailing).
$5,200 is nearly half what I paid and reflects my motivation and the "spiff" to be done, which is not major.
Oddly, the titles/reg and survey (which I can email to you), vary between 1974 and 1976.
I have put 1974 out of caution but it may be 1976, last year Morgan made them before selling his company allegedly.
It is not a "project" but needs a little TLC/spiff.
I bought for $9K so did the prior owner, who meticulously maintained it and put batteries on and a system for electric operation.
The schematics are onboard.
It has an outboard but very used, likely needs a new one.
I am open to reasonable offers.
All the rigging and sails are there and good, this is a great boat, priced to sell and reasonable offers seriously considered.
It's at "Blu" in Redwood City the old beloved Pete's Harbor Inner Harbor now run by Alma, great harbormaster.
Off Bair Island in slip 1, go take a look from the shore and/or see the harbormaster who has authority to allow serious buyers onto dock during regular hours to climb onboard (with permission from me by text or email).
