"Adventure" is a 1984 Uniflite 42 Aft Deck Cruiser A great power boat at the right size for folks interested in living aboard or simply exploring the bay area, the great Sacramento Delta, as well as the costal lines up and down California.
The boat is currently registered with the DMV but was previously registered with the coast guard.
I can help with registration questions as we have been through this a few times now.
Overall, she is in great shape.

Everything on the boat has been exceptionally reliable and I can only describe the overall energy of the boat as Happy Boat! There is also a fantastic Onan 8kw genset on board.
She just got a brand new household fridge which is about the largest one can install in the space.
She has two heads a large queen size master bedroom and a bow statement that was converted to an office.
The bow needs new mattresses as we removed them very early on.
There are two heads (bathrooms) on the boat, one even has a 3/4 size bathtub installed.
Great showers in both! The forward head is salt water, the master head was converted to fresh water for ease of use.
This can be switched using values, easily.
Adventure also has a path following autopilot which is amazing for cruising out in the bay when there is little traffic around (still, always be on watch!).
Dinghy: Adventure comes with a great dinghy with a near brand new Suzuki four-stroke outboard motor with roughly 25-30h engine hours.
The dinghy is in really good shape and planes wonderfully.
