1975 Honda CB 550k - $600 (san bruno)

I have a 1975 Honda CB 550 I'm selling.
I bought it in January of 2023 with the intention of building a cafe racer but I just don't have the time do work on it.
It's currently registered in my name, I have the pink slip.
It was registered last year and I checked the DMV and there it doesn't need to be registered so there shouldn't be any back fees.
My pink slip says it needed to be registered in 4.

2023 so I think theres still a few months left.
I took a few parts off, still have them though.
The other side of the gas tank has a sall dent it in which you cant see in the pics, and the wheels have a little more rust than what the pictures show.

The picture with the gas tank and seat off are what it looks like now.
I have no idea if it runs or not.
I've never tried starting it.
Prevous owner said it rode fine before shestored it in her garage and stopped riding it.
