1876 Antique Steinway concert grand piano w/ player system-Price drop - $22,000 (san carlos)

This is a fully restored 1876 Steinway concert grand piano.
The restoration was professionally done by a prominent piano store in San Jose.
It was completed 20 years ago.
It has original beautiful ivories, and is made entirely of rosewood.
It includes a player system with a bunch of cd’s that make it play automatically.
I’ve used this at house parties and just let the cd changer cycle through all of the cds.
It’ll play for hours and never need a break.

It was originally owned by a wealthy individual during the gold rush in Silver Springs Nevada.
It was kept in a brick mansion in a city that burned to the ground by a fire.
However, being that this particular building was brick, the piano was saved from the devastation.
Most of these antique Steinways did not stand the test of time.
It is a truly a one of a kind instrument.
I’ve found one piano similar to this one being sold across the country for $65k.
I believe this instrument will only go up in value due to rarity and uniqueness.
