Cat/ kitten need of rehome (Belmont)

He is a 7 month old kitten and has been neutered and gotten all his vaccines.
He’s been an indoor kitten but could be trained to go outside.
He likes other cats and people.
His personality is that he is curious, a quick learner, playful and loves sitting beside you on the couch.
He’s also always purring and loves a good butt rub.
Selling him for $40.
He’s being rehomed as I don’t have the capacity to care for him.
