Having had dogs my entire life and being around horses since 4, I have housesat for family friends and clients of various jobs ever since I've had my license.
I'd never previously thought to advertise the service outside of those circles, which is what led me here.
I have ridden horses for personal, competitive and professional uses, as well as having worked for a large animal vet (some dogs, llamas and donkeys, but mainly horses).
I have personally owned dogs ranging from a chihuahua terrier, great dane, boxer, pitbull-dalmatian mix, heeler, german shepherd and most recently 2 belgian malinois, while fostering other hard to place breeds as well.
In the last year I have managed to maintain my 2 Malinois, my horse training business and a full time job while also fostering dogs from shelters.
In the last year I have rehomed 8 German or Belgian shepherds but have decided to take a break, which opens up my house to boarding opportunities! Though I am not a trainer: having worked closely with rescue & my trainer has provided my invaluable insight & best safety practices for introducing new dogs into the pack.
My boys are both neutral but social & always glad to welcome a new friend: I promise they’re not as scary as they look!
While I focus on Shepherds I have experience with a full range of breeds and sizes and am glad to discuss if you think I may be a fit!
