Black Velvet male Chinchilla rehome (santa cruz)

Need to rehome my adult male black velvet chinchilla.
He is healthy.
5 years old.
Has a bit of an attitude, makes noise.
He has never bitten me, just makes noise like he is a tough guy.
He is currently with another male and they can go together since they are buddies.
Rehoming fee $240 for 1, $400 for both.
Comes with some food and hay.
