Real Estate Disclosure Coordinator
*** This position will be 100% onsite in Redwood City, CA during the first 90 days, and opportunity to work hybrid schedule thereafter ***
Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that all TRID disclosures are in full compliance with investor guidelines, regulatory agency guidelines and Credit Union policies and guidelines: Ensure timely implementation of new state and federal laws and regulations.

Essential Functions:
Review pre-approval and post-approval LE’s and CD’s to ensure accuracy and full compliance with TRID.
Participate with department manager to ensure vendor compliance including, but not limited to, LOS system, AMC’s and independent audit vendors.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management and/or agencies.
Be the compliance and disclosure resource for the Real Estate Lending Dept.
Prevent cure violations and disclosure errors.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Excellent listening and speaking skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
Complete required BSA & OFAC training annually.
Understand and adhere to BSA and OFAC policy and procedures.
Qualification / Education / Work Experience:
High School diploma, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
3+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing experience.
Underwriting experience preferred.
Must have good working knowledge of mortgage lending processes, Provident Credit Union guidelines and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA guidelines governing mortgage loan origination.
Strong familiarity with state and federal regulatory compliance requirements, including but not limited to TILA, RESPA, ECOA, Dodd-Frank Act.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a high paced environment.
Ability to communicate clearly with professionalism, proper grammar, and a strong commitment to member service.
Preferred DE or other formal underwriting designation

This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus twice a year.
Targeted Base Pay $25.
