The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including leasing, rent collection, tenant relation, and maintenance requests.
You will act as the primary point of contact for tenants and coordinator with the maintenance team and vendors.
Must be a team player while being able to work independently.
This position can be 50% remote and 50% onsite with flexible schedule.
Our properties are located in the Peninsula, South Bay and East Bay, must be able to drive to properties on a regular basis for showings and meeting with tenants and vendors.
Responsibilities
• Lease and market available units, prepare leases, handle move ins and move outs
• Manage rent collection, delinquency, and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and address any issues promptly
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and owners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and upkeep of properties
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations
Qualifications
• 3 years+ of residential property management experience
• At least 1 year in management role
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be proficient in AppFolio
• Strong computer skills
• Bi-lingual desired, preferably Spanish
• High School Graduates minimum, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Real Estate Licensee Preferred
