LOOKING FOR AN ONSITE MANAGER FOR 1920s BOUTIQUE BURLINGAME BUILDING (burlingame)

We are seeking an onsite manager for a charming 25+ unit building in Burlingame.
The complex is two (2) blocks from the heart of downtown Burlingame, close to Philz Coffee, Crepevine, Barnes and Noble and countless more retail and dining.
We are also within blocks of the Burlingame Caltrain station on California Avenue and bus access on El Camino Real.
The building has oversized units, ample parking and is pet friendly.
The duties include leasing units, rent collection, tenant and vendor relations and light building maintenance.
Manager must be available to communicate with the corporate office, show units and deal with all building related issues in a timely manner.
Onsite management experience is preferred.
Compensation includes a 2-bedroom / 1-bath unit with basic utilities (rent-free) and a small monthly salary.
