On-Site Apartment Manager

SEEKING AN ONSITE MANAGER FOR CHARMING APT BUILDING IN DOWNTOWN BURLINGAME We are looking for a manager for a boutique building in Burlingame.
The complex is on a quiet, tree-lined street, two (2) blocks from the heart of downtown Burlingame Avenue.
It is within walking distance to the Burlingame Public Library and multiple retail and dining options.
We are also within blocks of the Burlingame Caltrain station on California Avenue and bus access on El Camino Real.
The building has oversized units, ample parking and is pet friendly.
Compensation includes a 2-bedroom / 1 bath unit with basic utilities (rent-free) and a small monthly salary.
The duties include leasing units, rent collection, tenant and vendor relations and light building maintenance.
Manager’s schedule must be flexible in order to communicate with the corporate office, show units and deal with all building related issues in a timely manner.
As such, an applicant with passive outside income (such as investments, annuity or retirement) is ideal.
Onsite management experience is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $1,150.
