Full-time On-site Resident Apartment Manager

Full-time Resident Apartment Manager Work steps from home! Would you like to be part of a great team working in a great environment? This position requires a proactive, organized, reliable Apartment Manager to live and work onsite and manage day to day functions of 1 or more apartment communities located nearby.
Responsibilities include: * Daily inspections of all community grounds and facilities.
* Scheduling maintenance * Scheduling venders * Maintaining property and resident files * Weekly property status reporting * Daily communication with Regional Supervisor * Managing delinquencies, collections, and evictions * Leasing Experience and Qualifications * Apartment management * Yardi software * Successful closing ands rental experience * Basic understanding of maintenance * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Highly organized with attention to detail * Computer proficiency * Eagerness to learn * Flexibility Rent free 2 bedroom apartment included A successful background check and drug screen would be required prior to hire.
Must have reliable vehicle, insurance, registration, drivers license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.
