Property Management corporate office located in Palo Alto is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated individual for the position of Administrative Assistant to assist with new property acquisitions and policy management.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, and the responsibilities Include:
* Rent Roll and Rental Agreement compliance review
*Tenancy policy and procedures compliance and document control (create, update and maintain leasing forms as needed)
* Provide administrative support to Property Managers, Resident Managers, and Leasing Staff
* Special projects related to tenancy
* Heavy auditing and filing
Qualifications:
* Prior property management experience required and knowledge of current fair housing laws and rental policies
* HUD Project Based Section 8 tenant compliance preferred
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Must be professional, reliable, and detail oriented
* Good time-management skills, ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of Yardi Property Management
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word/Excel software skills required
Must be able to work full time 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday
