Marin native mom looking for housing for myself and my children, ages 13 and 10.
I am currently living in San Anselmo and my house is for sale.
We are so lucky to have been here since 2010 and have so many memories here.
I grew up two houses down, and I just lost my dad unexpectedly.
I need to stay relatively close to the area to check in on my mom.
I have been spending a lot of time helping him out and raising my kids and cannot afford the Marin housing cost alone.
I need to find something (temporary or long term) lined up for February.
I am open to a roommate, an in-law unit, a shared home or a single standalone cottage or apartment.
The kids can have the room and I can stay in the living space I don’t mind.
I can afford around 1500 and can go up but would prefer to find something BMR.
My kids go to White Hill and Hidden Valley, but next year I hope to have us stay in the community and they can go to White Hill together.
They are good kids and ride bikes with their friends around town, play sports etc.
I work full time and own my own skincare business.
We go home to cook dinner and rest up in the evenings.
We like to hike, and garden, go to the beach, cook, and someday hope to have chickens.
We have an outdoor cat, Rubio who is a mouser and very charming.
